Poorly managed

I tried to exchange the suite I bought for a larger size and the e-commerce site wasn’t working right. I made multiple call and emails to try to get this rectified with no success. I finally returned the bathing suit at my shipping cost from Hawaii. I’m waiting now to see I get a refund… nice merchandize but outside of that they get low marks.
