Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway "One Year of Free Swimwear"

  1. Giveaway Organizer:
    This giveaway is organized by Malai Swimwear (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer").

  2. Giveaway Duration:

  • The registration period will be open from January 10, 2025, to January 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Colombian time).
  • The winner will be selected on January 21, 2025.
  1. Eligibility:
  • Participants from all over the world are eligible to enter, except for regions where we do not ship: Venezuela, Russia, Cuba, North Korea, and Iran.
  1. Giveaway Mechanics:
  • To participate, interested individuals must fill out the form available at [link], providing the following details:
    • Email address.
    • Full name.
    • Date of birth.
    • City and country.
    • Answer to the question: "What does it mean to you to live with Sol & Soul?"
  • Each participant may register only once.
  • Responses will be evaluated by the Malai Swimwear team, and the winner will be selected based on originality, creativity, and alignment with the brand's values.
  1. Prize:
  • The winner will receive one bikini or one-piece swimsuit per month for 12 months.
  • The winner may select their preferred model each month from the inventory made available by Malai.
  • The prize includes a total of 12 swimsuits or bikinis (one per month), chosen from the collections available at the time of each delivery.
  • The winner must submit their product selection each month before the 20th day of the month. If the selection is not submitted within the indicated timeframe, the prize for that month will not be carried over to the next month.
  1. Winner Selection:
  • The winner will be chosen by the Organizer's team based on the creativity and originality of their response to the question: "What does it mean to you to live with Sol & Soul?"
  • The Organizer will notify the winner on January 21, 2025, via the registered email and through Instagram stories.
  • After the winner is announced, they will have 3 business days (Monday to Friday, Colombian business days) to respond to the email sent. If no response is received within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected, namely the second best response chosen by the Organizer's team.
  1. Prize Delivery:
  • The prize will be delivered monthly to the address provided by the winner, as long as it is located within the eligible countries.
  • Shipping costs will be covered by the Organizer.
  • Important Note: The Organizer will not be responsible for reminding the winner to claim their prize. The winner must email their swimsuit selection each month.
  1. Restrictions:
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  1. Use of Personal Data:
