ANY PURCHASE MADE FROM MALAI SUN AND SOUL STORES INCLUDING ONLINE STORES CAN BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL MALAI SUN AND SOUL PROOF OF PURCHASE. FOR PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME, OUR STANDARD 7 DAYS FOR EXCHANGES APPLIES.
RETURNED POLICY EXCEPTION
Our return policy does not apply to:
- Items purchased as Sale cannot be returned.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned.
- Items purchased as Clearance cannot be returned.

Returns BY MAIL: If you ordered items online or through the Digital Store, you can also ship your items back to us. If possible, reuse the original packaging to send them back.
- If your order did not qualify for free returns a $15 fee will be applied to your statement.
We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
