Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your garments must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Garments must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before proceeding with any changes or returns, we kindly request you to contact us, providing us with the following information: your order or invoice number and the reason for the desired change. Once we receive your email, our team will carefully review the details and determine if the products are eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

If it does once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


No exchanges or returns on SALE merchandise are done.
