Delivery times are not guaranteed, if you require a guaranteed delivery date please contact us to ensure we can meet that delivery date with the shipping method you have selected.
Orders placed by 9AM EST Monday through Friday will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on stock availability and credit card verification. Malai is not responsible for processing or shipping delays caused by events beyond our control. All orders are subject to a credit card verification and security screening prior to shipment. Any missing or incorrect information could result in delays in shipping your order.
Shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address.
For your security we are not able to make any address changes once the order has been shipped. If you are not available when a delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a re-delivery or where you may pick up your package.
While we do allow orders to be shipped to an address other than the billing address, these orders may be flagged by our security screening and subject to further investigation before the order is fulfilled. This is at the full discretion of Malai and may result in shipping delays. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is suspicious of fraud.
Malai is not responsible for shipping and/or other delays which are beyond its control such as poor weather conditions, acts of God, natural disasters. or customs delays in the recipient country.
NOTE: Orders are shipped to the shipping address entered during checkout. If you are paying by PayPal please ensure that the address you have registered with PayPal matches the address you enter during checkout - our warehouse does not see your PayPal shipping address and will ONLY ship to the address you enter during checkout on our website.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX:
Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and fees which are levied by your country. Malai Swiwmear does NOT collect duty or sales tax for international orders and cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur these charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty and/or taxes when the package is delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the client to investigate and understand the associated costs prior to purchase. If the courier charges Malai for duty and/or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill the credit card on file without notice. For more information regarding your countries customs policies please contact your local customs office. If a package is refused delivery by the international client for any reason no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
Shipping and Delivery

We utilize third-party shipping providers, such as FedEx, to deliver your orders. Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider to ensure timely and safe delivery of your package.
9.2 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with the shipping provider, including but not limited to delays, damages, or lost packages. Any problems encountered with the delivery of your order should be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
9.3 Tracking and Support
While we will provide tracking information for your order, any inquiries or issues regarding the shipment should be directed to the shipping provider’s customer service. We will assist you to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee resolution for problems that are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
